This membership is free of charge and includes access to most of the popular features outlined in our Basic Membership overview, including most web forums, web-based chat, asking for help via iATN TechMail help requests, and much more. Premium Membership


Premium (Sponsoring) membership offers access to all the features outlined in the Premium Membership overview, including full searching of the iATN Knowledge Base, which consists of the FIX database, the forum archives, waveform and file library, TechMail replies, and much more. (Over a million documents available.) This membership starts at a mere $15 per month (billed quarterly) for our individual membership. Requirements               

Membership Requirements

iATN membership is limited to working automotive service professionals with at least four (4) years of experience or ASE certification. You will be expected to offer automotive technical assistance to other professionals prior to asking for assistance yourself. All members are expected to have access to the standard tools and information resources of a professional repair shop. This network is not a place to ask basic questions or to ask about a vehicle that has not yet been seen by you. This is a place for serious professionals to share, learn, and improve their trade.

Web Browser Requirements

iATN makes use of modern web browsers to bring you a first-class experience while using the network. In order to bring you the advanced features we offer, we do require a modern web browser such as the latest version of Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer. JavaScript and cookies are required.

Registration Process               

The registration process is divided into several steps. Once you have completed all of those steps, you will see a “Thank You” page. Please allow a few days for your registration to be hand-reviewed by our staff. Registrations are processed in the order they are received. Incomplete registrations, or registrations that are difficult to confirm, may be rejected or delayed. We only allow one active membership per person. (If you have an existing iATN account, please email us about it rather than creating a new account.)

You will be notified by email when your account is activated, and then you can enter the members-only portion of our site – where the great stuff happens!
