tension-er on this 2.7 motor. I got the access cover off

2003 Dodge Pickup 5.7L no throttle
this is my firt help request please excuse the poor typing
skills.the truck was tuned up last week ran great customer
went to tenn.onthe way throttle light came on and lost
power made it back . came into shop the light out and ran
