I checked for codes (none stored) and followed the TSB 24002-04 procedures , removed the M-1 fuse, put it back together, turned ign on waited 4 min, started and drove the car, works fine now!

2002 Chrysler Voyager 3.3L Cuts out, Misfire
Checked wiring harnesses, found injector harness (engine side) had been routed by exhaust cross over pipe, wires melted together grounding injectors.

2005 Chrysler 300 5.7L over heats

1998 Dodge Intrepid 3.2L No Start, Misfire, MIL Lamp on
Put a oem ckp sensor in it customer took the car and still had the same problem. Never could get this car to act up for me at the shop, even used it as my everyday car and it never acted up. SO customer as far as i know sold the car... Trouble codes: p0302 (2 misfire), p0300 (random misfire), p1598 (ac pressure sensor high input), p0320 (No crank ref). |

Thanks for your replies. I pulled the fuel filter off and looked inside where the water senser goes into it and saw it was full of sediment and had some jell looking stuff in it?? Anyway replaced the filter and the truck runs like new.
